Our Baby Cafes are a network of breastfeeding drop-ins run by lactation specialists that offer education and support to any pregnant woman or breastfeeding mom in the community, at any stage of your breastfeeding journey. All services are provided free of charge.
Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most in-person Baby Café group sessions have gone virtual. All pregnant or breastfeeding mothers are invited to attend one of our scheduled virtual Zoom sessions. Please join us via video chat from any device by using the information below.
