The North Street Cafeteria is open Monday - Friday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On weekday holidays, we observe our regular hours:

• Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10: 00 am
• Lunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm
• Dinner: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The Cafeteria is closed on weekends.

The North Street Kiosk is open Monday - Friday, from 7: 00 am - 4:00 pm. We close daily from 10:00 am - 10:30 pm, and are closed on all holidays.

Effective communication between patients, their authorized representatives, and their healthcare providers is vital to achieving access to quality care and ensuring good health outcomes.

To ensure that persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, and those who are blind or visually impaired have meaningful access and equal opportunity to healthcare services, programs and information, Rochester Regional Health provides comprehensive language interpreting services that are available within a reasonable period of time and at no cost to the individual or to their authorized representatives.

Non-English Speaking Patients

In-house Spanish Interpreters are available at RGH Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm. We will coordinate the services of a professional interpreter (Spanish or other languages) for all in-person interpretation needs.

Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing Patients

American Sign Language Interpreters are on-call and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Blind or Visually Impaired Patients

Recorder (Linear PCM) devices are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The Jerome Center Gift Shop is open Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Our Gift Shop was founded and operated by volunteers of the St. Jerome Guild. The Guild has been serving visitors, patients, families, and the community for over 100 years. Gift Shop proceeds benefit patient care at United Memorial Medical Center, and have funded projects and purchases including equipment, furniture, and essential supplies.
