- Consistently improving the safety and quality of care we provide.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating accreditations of locations and programs.
- Preventing errors and working to enhance the care delivered in our region and across the country.
- Providing education and training for employees, patients and visitors.
Why Quality and Safety Matter
At Rochester Regional Health we know that we play an essential role in caring for our community and are dedicated to doing that in the safest possible way, with the best possible outcomes. Having a true focus on quality and safety matters because it’s a reflection of the trust that our patients and their families put in us. That’s why we’ve built system-level programs and initiatives to ensure that every patient is getting the exceptional care they deserve.
