As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Tom Crilly leads the development, implementation and overall financial effectiveness of Rochester Regional Health.
With more than three decades of experience, Tom ensured financial stability and synergy during the merger of Unity Hospital and Rochester General Hospital to create Rochester Regional Health in 2014. He provided critical feedback and guidance during the transition to ensure the success of the newly formed system both immediately and long-term.
Before being appointed to his current position, Tom served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Unity Health System. His previous jobs with Unity included Vice President and Corporate Controller and the Director of Accounting.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University in Allegany. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Healthcare Financial Management Association Fellow.
