Kelly Gagan brings a wealth of experience and accomplishments to Rochester Regional Health as an esteemed executive. With a strong background in university advancement, Kelly joined Rochester Regional from the University of Rochester, where she excelled as the Associate Vice President of University Advancement. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in setting new benchmarks for success in philanthropy and donor engagement.
Before her tenure at the University of Rochester, Kelly served as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Nazareth College. During her time there, she built a sophisticated advancement office that played a pivotal role in raising over $50 million.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kelly is an active leader within the Rochester community. She has generously contributed her time and expertise to various boards of organizations focused on fundraising, domestic violence services, child advocacy, and education. Her outstanding achievements have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Robert A. Clinger Outstanding Professional Fundraiser Award and the Rochester Business Journal Women of Excellence Award.
Kelly remains deeply engaged in philanthropic endeavors through her involvement in prominent organizations such as the Le Moyne College Board of Regents and the CASE Commission on Philanthropy. Her continued dedication to service keeps her at the forefront of philanthropic innovation and best practices, enabling her to drive transformative change.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY and was a fellow of the Academy for Innovative Higher Education Leadership.
