About Clifton Springs Nursing Home
Clifton Springs Nursing Home is a hospital-based skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in the quaint village of Clifton Springs, NY. The 108-bed facility provides specialized services that include skilled nursing and restorative care services for chronically disabled and medically complex residents.
The facility has six nursing units that are designed for traditional SNF residents as well as specialty units for residents who needing post-acute care, ventilator care, and dementia care.
As a provider of skilled nursing and restorative care services, CSNH is dedicated to building productive relationships among residents, family members, and staff. Our primary focus is to afford each resident that opportunity to experience dignity, independence, and self-determination.

Residents of the nursing home also enjoy the convenience of being located on a health care campus that includes a full-service hospital, emergency department, pharmacy, and medical and diagnostic services.
The services of Reiki and Healing Touch therapies are offered by the nursing home and additional services including acupuncture, hydrotherapy, massage therapy, and naturopathy are available through The Springs Integrative Medicine Center and Spa.
