Designed to foster meaningful lifestyles for people with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, as well as to provide caregivers with a needed respite, Rochester Regional Health's Adult Day Care Services at St. Bernard's received the Quality of Life Award from the Alzheimer's Association for being an outstanding service provider.
The center provides an indoor relaxation room, a safe kitchen, and an adjacent outdoor fenced garden area. The facility allows for safe wandering with an escape prevention security system and affords individuals the freedom to pursue many activities. The specially-trained staff offers structured programming five days a week.
