Diabetes & Endocrinology Care at Ridgeway

At Diabetes & Endocrinology at Ridgeway, patients will receive comprehensive care, treatment, and related services for diabetes management, as well as disorders of the endocrine system. Patients are also eligible to participate in our Pharmacy Home Delivery Program, a free prescription delivery service. Our Diabetes and Endocrinology experts are compassionate, highly skilled physicians, advanced practice providers, and dietitians who work together to tailor individual programs that will help people lead healthier, happier lives. We also offer nutritional counseling and educational classes to help patients living with diabetes.

We accept all insurance; most insurances cover diabetes and nutrition counseling services. Check with your provider to see if pre-authorization is required.

Pharmacy Home Delivery Program

At Rochester Regional Health we are always looking for ways to bring greater access to quality care. For many patients this means having prescription medicines readily available, and monitored to help them achieve the best quality of health and well-being. That’s why we’ve created the Rochester Regional Health Pharmacy Home Delivery Program, a free prescription medicine delivery service for eligible patients.

This program, currently available to patients of Diabetes & Endocrinology at Ridgeway and delivers prescriptions right to your home, for FREE, within 24-48 hours. Once you're enrolled, you can add medications beyond those prescribed to you by your endocrinologist. 

Get Started with Medication Home Delivery 

Please talk to your endocrinologist to determine if you are eligible for enrollment. During the initial enrollment you'll be asked for:

• A home delivery address
• A method of payment such as a credit card (this will remain on file for future refills)
• Prescription insurance information
