About The Provider
Board certified in urology, Dr. Tonetti completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, his medical education at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, and his urology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. A clinical associate professor, he is a past president of the Rochester Academy of Medicine and is a member of the New York State Medical Society, the Monroe County Medical Society, and the Rochester Academy of Medicine, where he served on the Board of trustees. He has served and continues to serve on a number of medical committees. Dr. Tonetti's special interests include bladder and prostate cancer treatments. He has extensive experience in prostate radioactive seed implantation and is currently using innovative technologies such as cryoablation of the prostate and robotic surgery.
