Dr. Elshaar's philosophy of medical care is based off of making sure every patient is treated and managed the way he would want his family to be treated. For this reason, he takes the time needed each office visit to educate his patients on the exact cause of their pain, the treatment options available and the anticipated outcomes based on each option. Whether a joint injury/pain is being managed with surgery or non-surgical measures, Dr. Elshaar's goal is to have every patient clearly understand the plan we have set in order to get them back to enjoying their lives and hobbies.
