Unity Living Center, a 120-bed state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, is located on two recently renovated floors on the Rochester Regional St. Mary's campus.
Unity Living Center focuses on providing treatment and rehabilitative care for patients with medically complex needs, dementia, and behavioral challenges. Special services include short-term rehabilitation, pain control, IV therapy, peritoneal dialysis, access to hemodialysis, ventilator beds and relaxation therapy to meet the needs of those with chronic diseases.
To be considered for admission to the Unity Living Center skilled nursing facility, an application must be completed and returned to our long-term care admissions office.

Unity Living Center’s ventilator unit houses one of the most progressive and compassionate respiratory care programs available in Western and Central New York. The 10-bed unit was designed to provide comprehensive care to ventilator-dependent patients, optimize pulmonary rehabilitation and wean all appropriate patients from their ventilator.
The unit is staffed 24 hours per day with respiratory therapists who rehabilitate and treat pulmonary disorders. All ventilator rooms are private and allow for increased independence and socialization.

Unity Living Center is adjacent to Western New York's top brain injury and rehabilitation center on the Unity St. Mary's Campus in Rochester. Just a 10-minute drive from Unity Hospital, it's located at 89 Genesee Street (on the corner of West Main).
Unity Living Center is also located on the RTS bus line. RTS Bus 27 runs directly from Unity Living Center to Unity Hospital 7 days a week. Please contact RTS for a schedule and rates.
