Rochester Regional Health offers Specialty Pharmacy Services to help patients manage medications that can often be complex and expensive.
Our dedicated specialists partner with you to make managing your prescriptions easier, so that you can focus on your health.
Coordinating Your Complex Medications
Patients receiving cancer care and care for complex infectious disease, rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology conditions will be assigned a Rochester Regional Health Specialty Pharmacy liaison, who will coordinate your medications and help you to:
- Work with your insurance company to help get medication costs covered
- Find financial assistance for co-pays
- Coordinate prescription refills, renewals and delivery/pick-up
- Provide education about your medications and any side-effects
- Help answer any questions or concerns by connecting with your providers
How to Get Started with Specialty Pharmacy Services
Eligibility: Currently, this free program is only available for patients receiving cancer care and care for complex infectious disease, rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology conditions.
