Canisteo Valley Family Practice was established in 2009, and in 2013, the practice moved into the historic Hornell-Erie Line Depot Building. We are dedicated to treating every patient with dignity and the best care possible. The Canisteo Valley office provides exceptional medical care with state-of-the-art medical equipment, electronic medical records, and a team of well-trained medical professionals. It is our mission to provide care not only to our patients but to the community; it is our goal to keep the Canisteo Valley healthy and strong.
