Structured Drug and Alcohol Treatments
Created to help you establish, build, and strengthen your addiction management skills while working towards a healthy and successful life, our Intensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program (IOP) is a time-limited, multi-faceted array of services.
If you are enrolled in IOP, you are required to attend all nine hours of treatment per week, as well as individual counseling. Our outpatient rehabilitation services include:
- Aftercare Planning
- Coping skills training
- Dialectical behavioral therapy skills training
- Family counseling
- Maternal Wraparound Program
- Motivational enhancement
- Psychoeducational and processing group sessions
- Relapse prevention
- Substance use disorder counseling, both individual and group
