Founded in 1960 with the goal of delivering compassionate, personalized care to adults and children who are ill, injured, dying, or grieving, Rochester Regional Health Lifetime Care serves 33,000 patients annually.
The Home Health Aide Training Program is a PAID three-week course that teaches valuable skills to assist individuals who are in need of care in our community. Learn how to assist with parts of daily living - such as getting in and out of bed, bathing and dressing, and preparing meals. Helping individuals feel comfortable walking and using the restroom in their own home is a level of comfort home health aides are there to provide.
As a Home Health Aide trainee, your dedication and participation in our Home Health Aide training program allow you to learn and grow, preparing you for a career as a Home Health Aide in direct patient care. Get paid while taking our 3 week skills class to get certified.
After successful completion of the program, HHA trainees will be eligible for employment placement with Rochester Regional Health at one of our five long term care facilities:
