Diabetes and Endocrinology at Clifton Springs provides outpatient diabetes educational programs to residents of the Finger Lakes region. The Clifton Springs Hospital Diabetes Self-Management Education Program has been Recognized by the American Diabetes Association for providing Quality Self-Management Education in accordance with the National Standards for Diabetes Patient Education Programs. We are also affiliated with Healthways, Inc., the country’s largest provider of specialized diabetes services.
We've made it our mission to provide comprehensive diabetes self-management education that is state-of-the-art. A variety of outpatient educational programs and services are offered. A referral form completed by your healthcare provider is required before registering for any class.
