Peter Stasko, DPM is board certified in foot, reconstructive rear foot, and ankle surgery through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Peter Stasko, DPM, completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Brockport where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry, and his medical schooling was completed at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. His three year foot and ankle residency training was completed at the top ranked Western Pennsylvania Hospital Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency in Pittsburgh, PA where he served a chief resident.
He then completed a one year intensive foot and ankle fellowship at the Mon Valley Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Fellowship with The Orthopedics Group in Pittsburgh, PA. Here he focused on all aspects of foot and ankle surgery with advanced reconstruction, arthroscopic procedures, and trauma.
Peter Stasko, DPM has multiple publications in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and other publications as well as numerous research presentations and lectures focusing on his training in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery.
